Crossover Covers

Custom engineered fabrication of reinforced checker plate with the bearing capacity suitable for heavy-duty vehicle access. Concrete recessed on kerb and crossing for flush anchoring.
-Holes counter-sunk for holding-down points. Counter-sunk anchors used for installation of plates.
– Installation in accordance with AS 5216;2018 – Design of post-installed and cast-in fastenings in concrete.

Coaches Boxes

Coaches Boxes for sporting grounds fabricated and installed in accordance with the following standards:

– AS 3679 Structural steel ( 3679.1* Part 1 & 3679.2* Part 2 )
– AS 4100:1998
– AS 4600:2018
– AS 5131: 2016

Construction processes included; welding for cantilever sections, cleaning/ priming and etching shelter prior to coating. Powder-coating frame and cladding components and the implementation of flashing/ sealants.
Implemented in accordance with the ‘AFL Preferred Facility Guidelines; For State, Regional & Local Facilities ( 2012, Australian Football League)’, at Campbelltown Memorial Oval, Klemzig Reserve & Edward Smith Reserve.

Security Fencing

Manufacturing & installation of security fencing and associated works. Fabricated in accordance with relevant Australian Standards:

– AS 5131: 2016
– AS 4100: 1998
– AS 1163: 2016
– AS 1554 Set:2014
– AS 4600: 2018
All materials galvanised and powder-coated (when requested) for additional cathodic protection. Additional steel thickness for added durability
Double-primed coating for corrosion resistance in accordance with AS 1627 & AS 2832 for marine application. Works in and around security fencing has included the maintenance & repair of existing structures.
